Prachalas Private Limited is a software company in Bengaluru. We build operational systems for Indian businesses — the record, the pipeline, the campus, the hospital floor, the booking grid — and an AI front office that answers the phone and the WhatsApp line in the language the caller actually used.
Why we started with the front desk
Most business software in India assumes someone is free to type into it. In a clinic at nine in the morning, nobody is. So we started at the point where work actually enters the building — the phone ringing and the WhatsApp message arriving — and built backwards from there into the record, the pipeline, and the ledger.
Why language is not a feature
A customer who starts in English and switches to Kannada halfway through is not an edge case in this country; it is Tuesday. Our systems detect the language per turn rather than asking someone to pick one at signup, because the alternative is a front desk that works for some of your customers and not the rest.
Why one spine
It would be easier to sell five unrelated products. It would also mean five customer lists, five audit trails, and five places for the same person's name to be spelled differently. Everything we build reads one identity and writes one log, which is the part that is hard to retrofit and the reason the products are worth buying together.
How we work
Small team, direct contact, and no account manager between you and the people writing the code. Focused automations tend to go live in a few weeks; a full platform rollout takes longer and we will tell you honestly which one you are asking for.
