What we do

We design, build, and operate five systems — a WhatsApp and AI telecaller front office, Care OS, Campus OS, Hospital OS, and a booking system — custom-fitted around a client’s existing processes. Website content is for general information; specific work is scoped in a separate proposal or agreement.

Using this website

• Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to it.
• Website content is ours or our licensors’; do not copy or reuse it without permission.
• Product descriptions and status labels on this site are indicative. Nothing here is a warranty or an offer capable of acceptance.

Engaging our services

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and Prachalas Private Limited. Those terms, together with this page and our Privacy Policy, form the full agreement. Where a signed agreement conflicts with this page, the signed agreement governs.

Messaging and third-party platforms

Some systems run on third-party platforms — including the WhatsApp Business Platform and other Meta products, telephony networks, payment gateways, and AI providers. When we deliver these for you:

• you must have a valid legal basis and the required consent to contact the people you message or call, and must honour opt-outs;
• you and we will comply with the platforms’ rules, including Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy;
• your use of those platforms is also subject to the platforms’ own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services or outages.

Health and education data

Where an engagement involves clinical records or student data, you remain responsible for the lawful basis on which that data is collected and for any sector-specific obligations that apply to you. We will process it only on your documented instructions and under the security measures described in our Privacy Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and only data you are entitled to share.
• Obtain and maintain the consents and permissions your use case requires.
• Use the systems we deliver lawfully and as agreed.

Data protection

How we handle personal data — both for website visitors and for data we process when operating a system on your behalf — is described in our Privacy Policy. For data we process to deliver a system for you, you are the data fiduciary / controller and we act as your processor on your instructions.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how. Ownership of custom deliverables is as set out in your engagement agreement. You keep ownership of your own data and content.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; outcomes that depend on third-party platforms, such as message delivery, are not guaranteed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability under an engagement is as stated in its agreement.

Termination

You may stop using the website at any time. Engagements end as set out in their agreements. We may suspend access for misuse or to protect the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and highlight material changes on the site.
